Hi Gang:
Just a reminder to plan on starting your brewing for the single Hop Project
around August1st-- to give yourself time to be ready for the Tasting
Scheduled for Sat Sept 7th at Matt Smith's.

And one minor change in the recipe; since there is no Crystal 20 in town,
substitute 1/2 lb Crystal 10 and  1/2 lb Crystal 30
