Thanks to all for your enthusiastic comments and signing up to brew 5 gallons for the Single Hop Project.
This is a great opportunity for us to do something that has never been done before ! and learn LOTS

If you are interested in joining us , please e-mail me soon; so we can get this started.
I’ll send out the recipe and explain further in an email soon.

Right now we could use another 2 or 3 people to participate to complete this project.
