Ok folks ; we need a few more brewers to sign up for this 
very informative event; 
All you need to do is brew 5 gallons of beer We'll taste them in September , so you'll have time. 

easy Formula; just let me know what hops you will use so we can learn 
the most possible from this study: 



Single hop Recipe... 



for 5 gallons 



8.9 lbs pale malt( 2 row preferred) mash 152-154 60 Mins 



1 lb grystal 20 malt 



5oz acidulated malt 



Hops : 

90 min 5-10 IBu Please calculate using Tinseth formula - or ask me to calc for you 

30 mins 20 IBU 

0 mins (at Flameout) 10 IBU 

Dry hop 1 week later- 1 oz. same hop 




If you need the extract version, Please let me know 



Ferment at 68 degrees
