Hey Doc,

I'm a bit of a pedantic brewer, so I've got a few questions:

What yeast? I'm assuming WLP001 or WY1056.

What should our OG and FG be? I assume we're supposed to brew to the
American Pale Ale specifications. I'm currently showing a calculated OG of
1.051 and an FG of 1.012 (assuming the yeast above). Does that sound right?

How long should we leave in the dry hops? I usually do 4 days (and no
longer than a week). Does that work?
