Doc,

Thanks again for organizing this.

Thinking ahead, what method of carbonation/serving are you looking for? Are
you planning to serve out all five gallons at the tasting (that would be a
lot of pale ale!), or split up between people, or just bring a few of them?
Basically, I'm asking if I should keg or bottle?  Perhaps I could use this
as an excuse to get a beergun :)
