[Liquidpoets] Single hop project

Hi Brewers: 

Thanks to all participants; you are going to be a part of the most comprehensive hop study ever published, and we'll all learn from this! 



By now , your beer should be brewed and the aroma hops should go in Today, if you have not already done so. 

Please fill out the recipe form now and send it to me .The form is attached. 




Plan to arrive between 2: and 2:30 at Matt Smith's on Saturday the 7th. 



Bring a keg of beer, 2 growlers or 12 bottles. 



Sample all the beers and fill out an evaluation sheet for every beer 

The eval sheet will be a check list...and very easy to fill out 



You will have a chance to taste all of these hops and find out what pleases you. 



This info will be put into a spread sheet and evaluated and you will get a copy of the data and the article summarizing our results. 



If for any reason you have brewed for this project, and can't make it on Saturday, 

PLEASE let me know ASAP and I'll arrange to have it picked up.
