[Liquidpoets] Co2 tank

I've gotten tanks recertified through AirGas before. Their preference is to
just swap out tanks, when they do a refill. At first I was hesitant, but
every time one of my tanks is up for recertification, I just trade it in at
Airgas for the cost of a regular refill (then I refill at Jax until it
expires again).
