[Liquidpoets] Amber Malt Extract

Hey guys, 
My friend has a lot of amber malt extract.  200 # to be exact.  He's looking sell it.  It is expired! But I don't know exactly what that means when dealing with extract.  I plan to buy some and sterilize it for yeast propagation, and I might make a batch just to see what it's like.  I don't know what the price will be, but if you're interested, let me know.
