[Liquidpoets] Graham Cracker beer, and counterflow chiller question

Hello, I apologize for spamming the whole group - just a couple questions,
and one that can probably only be answered by sending to all.

1) Thursday at Funkwerks, I tried an unmarked bottle beer that tasted
exactly like graham crackers. If you made this or know who did, please put
me in contact. Thanks!

2) While I'm already sending this out, I have a counterflow chiller (copper
inside garden hose type) that I think may be plugged on the water side.
Water flow comes out as just a trickle I bought used and realize it may
simply be a clearance issue that is restricting flow, but if anyone has
troubleshooting tips they would be welcome.
