[Liquidpoets] Liquid Poets Summer BBQ

Hi All,

It's time for the club's annual summer BBQ. Matt Smith will host us this
year on August 2nd starting at 4pm.

The club will be suppling grill-ables for the main dish, as well as plates,
cups, and utensils. The remainder of the food is pot-luck brought by all of
us. We'll need snacks (appetizers), side dishes, and deserts. (There's no
signup, just bring whatever you'd like).

We'll be getting beer from the local breweries, so don't worry about bring
homebrew, although anything that you want to share with the other club
members is always welcome!

Don't forget to bring your own chair.

We'll also be needing some folks to show up a little early to help setup
and others to stay late and help clean up. Make sure to thank Matt and
Becky for hosting and to be courteous to the neighbors.
