[Liquidpoets] Board Challenge #2: Xmas Beers

Hi All,

It's time for our next intra-club competition.

This rules this time are simple: brew a beer for the holidays! Other than
that, there are no rules. It can be extract to all-grain, strong or
session-able, light or dark. This only thing you have to do is write a
couple of sentences justifying why it is a Christmas beer!

We'll judge the beers at the January meeting, giving you a little extra
time to brew something strong if you get started soon. Just be sure to save
some :)

Just like the previous competition: medals will be awarded and first place
will get a special prize!
