[Liquidpoets] Big Brew Meadmakers

Hello fellow mead makers!

If you're interested in meadmaking at big brew let me know!

For the first time mead makers I can bring honey and nutrients and
directions (at ingredient cost) for *4 brewers or so*. Please let me know
by Thursday (and what you want to make). I have a few varieties of honey
and yeast to fit. (There's a few recommended items of equipment such as a
stir stick and fermcap-S).

For other folks, I can give recipes and tips and what not, might even have
some fun yeasts. I might be able to bring ingredients, but I'm prioritizing
fist time mead makers.

I'll probably be making a bochet ('burnt honey' mead or carmelized honey
mead) and a session mead, so I'll have some time to help make meads at big
brew, or braggotize (totally a word which means: to make a braggot, to add
honey to a beer, or generally make awesome).

I plan to bring a few meads I've made at prior big brews, and I encourage
others to do the same.
