We'll begin accepting your Orpheus MeadFest
<http://www.orpheuspcc.org/orpheus-meadfest.html> entries in just 2 weeks,
on Monday, August 31st. *The deadline for the competition is
Monday,September 28th,*

*Because the competition judging is being held at a different time and
location from the MeadFest tasting, we cannot accept walk-in entries. We
anticipate more entries than ever and our registrar and stewards need time
to properly organize the competition.*

You can ship your entries via UPS or Fedex (remember, it's illegal to ship
alcohol via the USPS) or you can drop off your entries at 2 locations
within metro Denver area.

Everything you need to enter the competition is attached, including
drop-off and shipping information.

We're looking forward to tasting your fantastic meads!
