Hi all,

As Lavelle notified you with her recent e-mail, the India Peak Alers' Peak
to Peak Pro-Am competition is coming up.  Please see below for information
about volunteering to judge or steward the comp.  We always like to help
out fellow clubs with their comps, as many club members from all over the
state come to help judge our Poetry Slam.  I have volunteered for this one
before, and it was a lot of fun.

See you all at Zwei Bruder tonight.  Don't forget to bring your best
metheglin for the tasting panel!

Subject: Calling all Homebrew Lovers!

 Hi Everyone,

 It's that time of year again!!  We will be holding our Pro Am Competition
at the Odd Fellows Lodge this year in downtown Longmont.

 You have shown interest in helping with Stewarding at this event or you
have helped out in the past and we would love to have you help out. The
competition will be Saturday, March 14th.  There will be 2 sessions, one in
the morning and one in the afternoon.  I will need about 6 stewards for a
Friday night session also.

 Please respond to this email with any questions you might have and if you
would still like to volunteer.  Also, specify what session you would like
to steward at or both.  You may also forward this on to a friend too.

Thank you so much for your interest.  I look forward to hearing from you
soon.
