[Liquidpoets] Fort Love Brewers Jamboree, May 16

Hi everyone,

I found out there will be a new craft beer festival going on this summer,
and I wanted to pass along the info.  It's called the Fort Love Brewers
Jamboree, and it's being planned by one of our club members, John Yeast. Looks
like many of our local breweries will be participating.  See the link below

Currently tickets are for sale at the pre-sale price. On Feb. 28, the price
increases to the regular price of $45. So sign up soon if you want to get
tickets at the reduced price.

Just like we do for BrewFest each year, we will possibly have a booth at
the event where we brew beer on site and answer the homebrew-related
questions of passersby.  I am looking for volunteers to run this booth.
I'd say we need 4-6 people, including someone willing to bring an easily
transported propane brewing system.  The club will pay for ingredients for
a 5-gallon batch.  Please let me know if you are interested, and we'll
figure out more details once I know I have enough volunteers.

Also, John is looking for people who might be interested in giving a
presentation or talk about homebrew, or one of its many aspects.  This
event will focus strongly on beer education, so it would be great to get
some of our knowledge out there to the "common folk".  Please e-mail John
