[Liquidpoets] Fundraising beer event this Thursday at Ft. Collins Brewery

Dear homebrewers and beer-loving people,

I wanted to invite you to a fun event going on this Thursday at Fort
Collins Brewery.

>From 7-9 PM, Fort Collins Brewery will be giving beer tours, having a
brewmaster talk with us, and filling us with delicious food! Additionally,
we will get tasters of their seasonal Maibock. Every person will also get a
drink ticket for beer or wine. Best of all, our drinking helps people avoid
homelessness.

The event benefits the Homelessness Prevention Initiative (HPI), which is a
local organization that helps keep people from going into homelessness.
When a working person in Fort Collins runs into life events that keep them
from making their rent/mortgage, HPI helps by giving small amounts of money
to keep the family from going into homelessness. The cost to our community
every time a person goes homeless is over $6000. In contrast, HPI usually
assists families with less than $300.

Fort Collins Brewery Food: Bacon wrapped pretzels Pulled pork sliders Short
rib sliders Meat and Cheese plate Chocolate Chip Cookies Drink: Beer Taster
of the seasonal beer, Maibock One drink ticket for non-specialty beer or
wine Cash bar at the full bar Cost: $40 if you pre-register or $50 at the
door. Either way, the amount is tax-deductible. Register: Either call HPI
