Hello Liquid Poets,

I'm a long time homebrewer, and I'm writing you in reference to your
homebrew club. A few of us have got together and designed some new brewing
equipment. We've based the designs off conversations with long time
homebrewers as well as feedback from homebrewers on homebrewtalk.com

and other forums. We are hoping to get enough brewers together to do a
group buy. And I was hoping you could deliver the message to the rest of
the members of your club.

 In order to do this, we've decided that a Kickstarter would be our best
option in organizing and spreading the word. We have a big goal, but we
will be able to pull it off with enough support from homebrewers across
North America.

 My favorite two pieces of equipment are a 7-gallon, stainless steel
fermenter and a 10-gallon stainless steel insulated mash tun. We've got
prototypes made and calculated all the costs. We can offer the fermenter
for around $90 while the mash tun comes to about $160 or $180 depending on
the accesories.  We also have a kettle that's similar to the Megapot, but
much more affordable. And we have a few options for sizes.

Eventually, if everything goes well, we will be able to keep producing this
equipment. Our plan is to distribute them through local homebrew shops. But
if we do make it that far, the equipment will be much more expensive. The
way things are looking, *you will be able to get the product for 30-40%
less by supporting us now. *We only have until April 5th to get all the
money together, so please spread the word by posting the Kickstarter link
to your group forum or tell the other club members about it in person.
