[Liquidpoets] Club Barrel Project

Hello Liquid Poets,

The current club barrel project, a wild wee heavy, will be coming out of the barrel soon. We need participants in the next project!

The desired schedule is to brew fairly quickly so we can make the transfer in a month or so. The target transfer date will be in the first half of August. You need to be able to brew by the end of July if you want to participate in the project.

We have two styles under consideration; please indicate your preference when you respond.
* Sweet porter, about 1.055 O.G. - we did this a few batches ago and it was good
* Traditional lambic wort, 50 to 60% wheat, about 1.050 gravity

The wee heavy has progressed faster than anticipated. We plan to rinse the barrel between batches, which should slow it down a bit. It would also keep any residual wee heavy from coloring the next batch if we select the traditional lambic style.
