Hi All,

Please see below for some information on volunteers needed for the Brewers Jamboree.  Sorry for the delayed notice on this!  We are looking for two volunteers to set up and man the LP Booth from 10:00am-5:00pm this coming Saturday.  Setup needs to be completed by 11:00am, and I would expect our setup to be pretty quick.

Volunteers should be prepared to discuss the LP Club in general (when we meet, general meeting outline, etc.) and hopefully bring some examples of brewing equipment.  We will not have water and power available at our tent, so can't really have a full blown brewing demo running, but we should hopefully have some gear to show interested people and discuss various aspects of how to make your own amazing beer at home!

First two folks that commit to this will get free entrance to the event and will be fed by the organizers.

How are you?
We are excited for the Liquid Poets to be at the Brewers Jamboree event again this year.
This email will help out with some logistics.  Please review. If you have questions- please call or txt me. I am sick with the flu and I hope I have given you all the correct info. I am apologizing up front now- as I am not 100 % .

Event Details:
Saturday May 21, 2016
Location: Legacy Park 300 Woodlawn Drive Fort Collins, CO 80524
Event time: 12-5pm with a VIP tasting and small plates
On site contacts: Marshall Gephart: 941-993-6965 or Tee Gula: 970-302-8414

Parking: Carpool please- 1 car/vendor

Check-in- come to volunteer/brewery check in booth. We will show you to your space. Give you your food tickets.

Set up time: 8:30am-11am (Everything in place by 11am) (Note event starts at 12pm)
11:30am: we have a meeting with all brewers to review the event day activities.

Liquid Poets tent: We have space for you and 1 table and 2 chairs and will feed you. (see attached site map for review)- you are #7 on the map. Next to the BBQ tent.
10x10 tent- you have one, please bring wts for the wind and straps. :)

VIP area: We are grateful to be using Liquid Poets tap system. Thank- you!!!
Tap system- Cy can you bring everything to the festival the morning of the event and set it up?
We will have the ice there and brewers will bring their VIP beer to VIP area.
You can organize it how you like. Justin and Chris from CBC will be pouring the beer in VIP area.

Note: you will hand this in: no later than 15 days after the Jamboree event.
There is no security on Friday Night. You are welcomed to come set up on Friday- Just let us know if you plan to do this.
