[Liquidpoets] Yeast class w/Tony Rau

Hey good people, want to make sure you all hear about our upcoming yeast
class.
Nov 6th is Nat'l Learn to Brew Day, going to have a basic class at 10, an
all-grain class at 12:30, and then Tony Rau, lab manager at Odell Brewing,
will give a two hour talk on yeast and yeast management, fermentation, etc.
This sill be the fourth (?) class he's done, and it is always very
informative.
$10/class, and we will be raffling off a stirrer and flask at the end of
Tony's class.
I'm not sure there are many brewers in town that won't learn something from
him. Do please come if you are inclined. Call either store to get a spot.
