[Liquid Poets Events Coordinator]

Hi All,

As was announced in this month's meeting. The BBQ is this Saturday at
Joel's house in Loveland.

August 19th
1005 Meadow Pl, Loveland, CO 80538
11 AM to 6 PM

This is a volunteer based, pot-luck event. We need your participation to
make this event a success. I will pick up protein for the meat eaters in
the club and Herman is picking up protein for the vegetarians in the club.

Please bring an appetizer, side dish, or dessert to share. By last name:
A-H bring apps.
I-R bring sides.
S-Z bring desserts.

Bring your own chair and umbrella if you want one.

What we still need:
* Tap system. Taylor plz bring or delegate
* Volunteer to get ice for the beer (8-10 small bags)
* Sanke adapters. Steve is bringing one, we need 2 more
* Homebrew (optional) if you have something you want to share
* Vegetarian grill, if you don't want your plant protein grilled next to
the animal protein
