[Liquidpoets] Next club sour barrel project

Hello poets -
The club sour barrel has done its work and will soon be in need of a refill
to create more delicious-ness.  If you would like to get in on the next
barrel project, please send me an email.  I will plan to make an
announcement at the Dec meeting for any new folks that dont happen to be on
the email list. If you are interested in participating, be thinking of
recipe ideas.  Currently a sour porter is in the barrel.

We are shooting for mid January to transfer the beer-

We will need approximately 11-12 brewers to put in one 5 gallon batch
each.  For your planning purposes, the new beer needs to be racked into
secondary before going into the barrel, so you would want to start your
brew around the new year.
As always- many thanks to Dan Seavey for providing a safe and caring home
for our club barrel.
