[Liquidpoets] Holiday Party Details

Good NOOOOZ Everybody!

We have found a more accommodating venue, and there should be room for all
members and guests interested in coming. If you've previously received and
email from me with party details, disregard it.

The party will be from 6:30-9:30 PM on Saturday, December 16th at the
Huntington Hills Neighborhood clubhouse: 715 Fossil Creek Parkway.

The club will supply protein for both vegetarians and meat eaters alike.
I've gotten RSVP's from roughly 25 people, so that is how many I'm ordering
food for. If you haven't RSVP'd and would like to attend and want to be
fed, please do so soon.

The rest of the meal is a potluck. So please bring an appetizer, side-dish
or dessert to share.

We're getting 1 sixtel from Zwei and had 1 volunteer to brew beer (thank
you Doug). So, we may be short. Please bring a growler or two of your
homebrew to share.

Every year we have a silent auction. Party goers bid on donated swag and
all proceeds go to the Larimer County food bank. If you have swag to
donate, please bring it. Also note, we cannot process credit or debit
cards. Please bring checks or cash for the silent auction.

If you'd like to help setup, please show up 30 minutes early.
