[Liquidpoets] Next meeting, election update, and holiday party

[Liquid Poets Treasurer]

Hi all,

Unfortunately I will not be able to make it to the meeting this week due to
a prior commitment. If anyone has club business that needs addressing
(repayments, memberships, etc.), please email me and I will get it taken
care of.

Also, it's nearing the need of the year and that means we will all need to
pay our dues again for 2019. If you would like to pay your dues early, I
would encourage you to do so via PayPal (please send money to
treasurer at liquidpoets.com). As a reminder, yearly dues are $25 for a single
and $35 for two people in the same household. Everyone will need to fill
out another membership application and liability waiver form for next year,
which has been updated and is attached to this email. Please feel free to
print and fill out page 2 and bring it to the January meeting. I will also
have some membership forms on-hand at the January meeting and will be
accepting cash/check for 2019 dues. Hope everyone enjoys the rest of 2018
