Please pass on to your club (if not posted there already) :)

The 7th annual Pepperfest Extravaganza homebrew competition just opened
registration for judges and for entrants. If you have a beer with chili
pepper in it, please enter! If you don't - go to the store (or your
garden), get some chili peppers, and infuse them into your favorite beer,
and then enter!

This is a relatively small competition (hint - better chance of getting a
medal, fame, bragging rights, etc.) - so please send in your entries :) The
competition is broken down into six medal groups (as we have for years):
Light/Amber Beer, Dark Beer, and Mead/Cider - and each of these three into
two pepper heat levels: 5000 or less Scoville Units (Jalapeño or less heat)
and Over 5000 Scoville Units.

This competition will be held on August 11, 2018, in Brighton Colorado, Not
everyone likes to drink chili pepper beers, but if you've got the
constitution and willingness to judge this competition, please register to
judge.
