[Liquidpoets] Big Brew wrap up

I lit the burner at 8:45AM.
I finished boiling and pitched hops, chilled and had the Trappist yeast in
at 4:30 the next day. The lager side wasn't where I wanted, so I stuck it
in the fridge. The yeast made its way to its home at about 2:30PM on Monday.
That's about a 53-hour brew if I'm doing my math right.
