[Liquidpoets] November Meeting and Elections Announcement

Hey Poets;

*BOARD ELECTION ANNOUNCEMENT:*

Elections for leadership positions are coming up in November and we have
only received 2 nominations so far for the 8ish positions. Liquid Poet
meetings and events do not happen without leadership. We currently have
great board members but we like new ideas and we cannot expect the same
folks to run the club every year.  Newer members are encouraged to apply;
No experience needed. If you are interested in *nominating yourself for
President, VP, Sec/Treas, Event Coordinator, or an at-large board position,
please email*; president at liquidpoets.com AND vp at liquidpoets.com

(Board members responsibilities include ~4 board meetings a year where you
discuss club events and bottle share; YUM FUN. Additional delegated or
shared responsibilities include; website design, event coordination,
getting snack/mystery growler for meetings, requesting donations. We aim to
spread out duties and make sure no one feels overwhelmed)

*NOVEMBER MEETING DETAILS:*
November meeting will be at New Belgium Brewery in the All Staff Room. This
room is adjacent to the main taproom. A quick right through the sliding
doors before you get to the silver slide. New Belgium is a great sponsor of
Liquid Poets, so show up early and show them some love back by enjoying one
(or 4) of their many tasty pints.

This month we will be announcing and hearing from the nominees for
leadership positions. Style of the month is 13B; Brown British Ales. Bring
your homebrew, your favorite commercial example, and/or your enthusiasm to
learn. We will also have a mystery "guess they style" growler to test your
palate.
